BUILT FOR EGYPTIAN E-COMMERCE
Your courier business. One operating workspace.
Manage your own merchant customers and marketplace shipments together. From direct intake to dispatch, delivery evidence and COD records.
Pilot access. Availability depends on approval, configured coverage and current offers. New account registration requires email delivery to be enabled.

Keep the context
Customer details, orders and shipping records stay connected, so your team can follow the work.
Choose with clarity
Compare eligibility, fees and terms. A rate alone never tells the whole shipping story.
Know what needs reconciling
Follow COD and settlement records. Couriers remit directly to merchants; ParcelShift does not hold funds.
A WORKSPACE THAT FITS YOUR WORK
Same platform. Your point of view.
Explore the interfaces behind the workflow. These are product screens with synthetic test records, not a live customer account.
One order. All the context.
Keep customer records, order details and the next shipping decision in the same working view.
- Customer records and orders
- Eligible offers and confidential requests
- Shipment history and COD reconciliation

Your entire operation. One shipment workflow.
Your own customers and marketplace work, organized through the same operational shipment records.
- Private merchant accounts and direct intake
- Dispatch, drivers and delivery updates
- Cash handover and settlement records

YOUR OPERATIONS, FROM END TO END
One shipment record. Every operational step.
Your existing merchant customers do not need to register on the marketplace. Direct and accepted marketplace shipments use the same operational workflow.
- 01
Bring work in
Manual, CSV or API intake for enabled accounts; accepted marketplace bookings retain their source.
- 02
Assign the delivery
Coordinate dispatch and driver assignments with the appropriate role permissions.
- 03
Record what happened
Keep delivery updates, evidence, failed attempts and returns attached to the shipment.
- 04
Reconcile the records
Follow COD collection, driver cash handover and merchant settlement records.
Your business goes beyond the marketplace. So does your workspace.
Manage private merchant accounts and direct shipments alongside accepted marketplace work. Manual, CSV and API intake feed the same operational shipment model, with the source kept identifiable.
Explore courier managementDirect intake needs a separate administrative capability. Marketplace approval does not automatically enable it.
- Private customers + direct intake
- Dispatch + restricted driver assignments
- Delivery evidence + attempts + returns
- Cash handover + settlement records
CLEAR ABOUT WHAT’S READY
Real workflows. Honest boundaries.
Built for a controlled pilot, with English and Arabic interfaces. Service availability comes from each courier’s configured zones and current offers.
Operational foundation
Orders, shipping requests, courier operations and financial records are implemented. Access is governed by organization and role.
Integrations need activation
CSV and API intake require capability and configuration. WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram require official permissions and provider setup; no live connection is promised here.
Before public launch
Messaging, AI assistance, cart recovery and subscription billing remain sandbox workflows. Email delivery, approved legal documents and a published contact channel still need launch readiness review.
BUILT AROUND RESPONSIBILITY
Clear permissions. A traceable handoff.
Control who sees the work, follow recorded changes and keep financial records clear.
Access follows your organization
Workspace roles control who can read records and perform operational actions. Drivers have restricted assignment access.
Commercial terms stay private
Couriers cannot inspect competing bids. Private courier merchant accounts remain separate from other courier companies.
Delivery changes leave a history
Shipment events, delivery attempts and evidence keep the operational history traceable. Customer tracking links can be revoked.
Cash records stay accountable
COD, handover and settlement records support reconciliation. Couriers remit directly to merchants; ParcelShift does not hold funds.
Before you get started
When does a booking become a shipment?
After the selected courier accepts. A quote or award alone is not a confirmed shipment.
Can another courier see my bid?
Couriers see only their own bids. The requesting merchant can compare eligible bids for its request.
Can couriers bring their existing customers?
The connected courier workspace supports private merchant accounts and manual direct shipments when an administrator enables direct intake. Those customers do not need a marketplace account.
Are messaging and payments live?
Messaging, AI assistance, cart recovery and subscription billing currently use sandbox workflows. ParcelShift does not hold COD funds or process live subscription payments.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Bring the next delivery into focus.
Start with the workspace that fits your business.
Company details and verification documents are reviewed before marketplace approval. Approval and shipment volume are not guaranteed.
