PARCELSHIFT BULK SHIPPING
One batch. Private bids. A clear next step.
Describe the parcels once. Invite eligible couriers to submit confidential offers, compare the terms and award the whole batch to one courier.
ONE BATCH. CLEAR RESPONSIBILITY.
From requirements to accepted work.
A selected bid is not yet an operational shipment. Courier acceptance creates a shipment for each parcel in the awarded batch.
- 01
Publish the requirements
Prepare the batch and parcel details so eligible couriers can evaluate the same shipping requirements.
- 02
Receive private bids
Each courier sees its own offer. Competing bids and private commercial terms stay confidential.
- 03
Compare the whole offer
Review the total-batch shipping charge, validity and terms, with COD principal separate from fees.
- 04
Award, then confirm
Award one courier, wait for acceptance, then follow each parcel through the shared shipment workflow.
COMPARE WITH CONTEXT
A better way to read a shipping offer.
Understand what to look for before you commit to a courier.
No rates, courier partners or coverage are simulated. Prices remain blank until a real, eligible quote is requested in the application.

- Total-batch shipping charge
- Requirements, validity and commercial terms
- Award followed by courier acceptance
Changing these controls never calculates a price, contacts a courier or creates a booking.

Clear permissions. A traceable handoff.
Control who sees the work, follow recorded changes and keep financial records clear.
Access follows your organization
Workspace roles control who can read records and perform operational actions. Drivers have restricted assignment access.
Commercial terms stay private
Couriers cannot inspect competing bids. Private courier merchant accounts remain separate from other courier companies.
Delivery changes leave a history
Shipment events, delivery attempts and evidence keep the operational history traceable. Customer tracking links can be revoked.
Cash records stay accountable
COD, handover and settlement records support reconciliation. Couriers remit directly to merchants; ParcelShift does not hold funds.
Before you get started
When does a booking become a shipment?
After the selected courier accepts. A quote or award alone is not a confirmed shipment.
Can another courier see my bid?
Couriers see only their own bids. The requesting merchant can compare eligible bids for its request.
Can couriers bring their existing customers?
The connected courier workspace supports private merchant accounts and manual direct shipments when an administrator enables direct intake. Those customers do not need a marketplace account.
Are messaging and payments live?
Messaging, AI assistance, cart recovery and subscription billing currently use sandbox workflows. ParcelShift does not hold COD funds or process live subscription payments.
